1. Recruitment Requirements:

1) Age 25-40 years old, with more than three years of sales experience, there are prospective customers;

2) Marketing, mechanical and electrical engineering and other Junior College or above graduated for more than five years;

3) Mature and cheerful, with natural EQ, with a strong sense of teamwork'

4) Outgoing personality, with correct values and noble character;

5) With electrical customer groups and performance priority.

 

2. Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the follow-up of old customers and large customers to maintain customer relations;

2) Be responsible for the exchange of regional design institutes, the cooperation of distributors and the sales of complete sets of switches;

3) Responsible for the follow-up and promotion of sales of rail subways, integrated pipe corridors, public construction terminals and other projects.

 

3. compensation planning:

1) Annual salary planning: annual salary of 5-80000 yuan year-end bonus 100000;

2) Monthly salary = post salary target performance reward subsidy social insurance;

3) Annual Award = Contract Target Award Performance Refund Award;

4) Working hours: 8:30-12:00,12:30-17:00, rest on legal holidays.
