AC/DC integration is a power system that integrates AC and DC power, which is mainly used to provide stable and reliable power supply for various equipment. The main components of this system include AC power supply, DC power supply, power UPS, DC conversion power supply (DC/DC) for communication and emergency lighting. They share the battery pack of DC power supply and are monitored by a microcomputer monitoring system.

The AC/DC integrated power supply system is mainly composed of AC input module, rectifier module, filter module, voltage regulator module, protection module and DC output module. The AC input module converts AC to DC, rectifies through the rectifier module, the filter module removes ripple, the voltage regulator module stabilizes the voltage within a set range, the protection module protects the circuit, and finally outputs stable DC through the DC output module.

According to the charging and discharging parameters set by the user (such as the average floating voltage value, the charging current limit value, the maintenance average charging interval time, etc.), adjust the charging mode, charging voltage and current of the rectifier module, and the timing time to automatically complete the battery Accurate management and maintenance.


The battery temperature compensation can be automatically completed to ensure that the battery works in the best condition.


The intelligent monitoring unit provides detailed communication protocols, and has RS232/RS485 and TCP/IP interfaces. It can form various network management systems with computers or substation integrated automation systems to realize remote unmanned "four remote" monitoring.
