Responsibilities of 2. posts

1, do a good job of monthly and daily work plan and summary;

2, morning meeting work management and topic selection, presided over the monthly and quarterly championship release;

3Organize relevant meetings of the enterprise, make meeting records and division of labor inspection;

43. Formulate management system norms and do a good job in the management of enterprise document classification files;

5Good management of enterprise property, logistics, environmental sanitation and water and electricity costs;
